We are passionate about good food and want to share this passion with you! Sunny Deli is the place where you will find high-quality cheeses, meats, pantry, and dairy products. We partnered up with the local farmers to get the freshest and healthiest veggies and greens for our deli items.
Sunny Deli wants to be there for you on any occasion that's why we are offering you beautifully assembled cheese and meat boards. For true food lovers, we are doing a collective subscription of the featured products of the month.
Sunny Deli Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love everything you order from Sunny Deli! If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns:
Due to the nature of our products (perishable and specialty food items), we do not accept returns on any food purchases.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.
Refunds & Replacements:
We will offer a refund, store credit, or replacement in the following cases:
The product was damaged during shipping;
The wrong item was sent;
An item was missing from your order.
To request a refund or replacement, please email us at sunnydelipr@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery and include:
Your order number;
A photo of the product and packaging;
A brief description of the issue.
Once approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method or ship a replacement at no cost to you.
Non-Refundable Items:
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
Minor variations in product appearance (due to artisanal or imported nature);
Items returned without contacting us first;
Orders reported damaged after 3 days of delivery;
Sale or clearance items;
